This is a privacy policy for TheToxicZone.com The homepage is located at http://www.thetoxiczone.com This site is a none profit making, information service run as a hobby by the webmaster. The sites purpose is explain in detail on the home page so I will not bore you again with it here.

Users of this site can't opt-out the recording of data done by this site except by the use of client site tools that block the transmission of this data to the sites server. Please however be aware that blocking of cookies in use on this site, will only affect your viewing pleasure, and will not affect me in anyway. Okay I lie it will save me disk space the log files take up, but beyond that, the information about what state the menu was in when you changed page is about as useless to me as it would be to any sane person.

I have the following privacy dispute resolution mechanisms.

If you think I have not followed my privacy policy in some way, I will see how I can help you resolve your concern. All you have to do is e-mail the above address. Obviously you will need to include details of the problem you have with my privacy policy, if I agree I will sort the problem out ASAP, if not I will try to explain why I feel it is not a problem. We may have to continue this process until the matter is settled, but the important thing to remember here is we sort the problem out.

This data is stored in the web server log. This is done for a number of reasons, mainly to monitor server usage. i.e. What pages are being viewed, and what errors are being produced, this helps me know what my user like and what they don't, it also let me know when I can remove dead pages.
