Right to use and modify the software

The Author grants you the right to use the Software solely for none commercial, criminal or anti-social purposes, use of the Software for any commercial, criminal or anti-social will be deemed as a serious breach of this License Agreement, thus The Author will not accept any responsibility for the consequences.
The Author grants you the right to modify the Software solely for personal use, including personal web sites, so long as you acknowledge The Author's original work and do not distribute the modified version. High risk activities

The Software is not fault-tolerant and is not designed, manufactured or intended for use in areas in which the failure of the Software could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage ("High Risk Activities"). General provisions

This License Agreement may only be modified in writing signed by you and The Author. If any remedy provided is determined to have failed for its essential purpose, all limitations of liability and exclusions of damages set forth in the Limited Warranty shall remain in effect. This License Agreement gives you specific legal rights; you may have others, which vary, from country to country. The Author reserves all rights not specifically granted in this License Agreement.
